Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site regarding specific activity level requirements)
- You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy)
- You have newly diagnosed breast cancer that has spread to certain nearby lymph nodes — specifically the lymph nodes above the collarbone and/or near the breastbone — confirmed by biopsy or, in some cases, by scans and your doctor's assessment
- You are planned to receive treatment before surgery (such as chemotherapy), followed by either breast-conserving surgery or full breast removal, plus removal of underarm lymph nodes

- You are willing and able to attend all required study visits and follow-up appointments
- You are willing to sign a consent form before taking part in any study-related procedures
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer has already spread to distant parts of the body (such as bones, lungs, or liver)
- You have serious heart or lung problems, including a recent heart attack, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, unstable chest pain, significant fluid around the heart, or severe lung disease
- You have previously had radiotherapy (radiation treatment) to your chest wall or the area above your collarbone
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any condition that your doctor believes would make radiation treatment unsafe for you
- You have a history of another cancer, or currently have another cancer — with some exceptions, such as certain skin cancers, early-stage thyroid cancer, cervical pre-cancer, non-invasive breast cancer in the other breast, or another cancer that was fully treated more than 3 years ago with no signs of return
