Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 25 and 99 years old at the time of signing up
• You speak English or Spanish (depending on interpreter availability at the study site)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have Type 1 diabetes or insulin-dependent Type 2 diabetes
• Your body weight falls outside a certain healthy range (BMI above 45 or below 18.5) (confirm with trial site)
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You work shift work (e.g., night shifts or rotating schedules)
• You have a history of eating disorders
• You have had a significant weight change (gained or lost more than about 9 pounds) in the 3 months before joining
• You have uncontrolled HIV/AIDS or an active hepatitis infection
• You have had another cancer diagnosis within the last 5 years, received chemotherapy within the last year, or have another current cancer that could affect the study results
• Your breast cancer has come back, as determined by your cancer doctor
• You have a mental or physical condition that prevents you from giving consent or taking part in the trial
• You have another serious health condition, as decided by the study doctor
• You have used illegal drugs in the past 3 months or regularly drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day
• You are currently taking part in a weight loss program such as Weight Watchers, or taking weight loss medications (such as GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic or Wegovy)
• You have had a heart attack
• You have heart failure
• You have chronic hepatitis
• You have cirrhosis (scarring of the liver)
• You have chronic pancreatitis (long-term inflammation of the pancreas)
• You have had a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant)
