Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 70 years, of any gender
• People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) — including certain subtypes — based on 2022 medical classification guidelines, but not the subtype called hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, and who also meet at least one of the following: their disease was stable at the time of a stem cell transplant; their cancer came back after a previous stem cell transplant using their own stem cells (at any stage); or their disease responded at least partially to treatment on the first attempt
• People who have already received a stem cell transplant using donor stem cells (from any type of donor) as treatment for PTCL
• People whose bone marrow shows that more than 95% of the cells come from the donor, rather than from themselves
• People with a good general level of physical functioning, rated 0 or 1 on a standard medical scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity)
• People whose blood counts meet the required levels — specifically, a neutrophil count of at least 1.0 × 10⁹/L and a platelet count of at least 50 × 10⁹/L (confirm with trial site if unsure what these mean for your situation)
• People who are willing and able to understand what the study involves and have signed a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the types of drugs used in this trial (hypomethylating agents or Cidabenamine)
• People who currently have a moderate or severe immune reaction known as acute Graft-versus-Host Disease (a complication where donor cells attack the body), graded at level II or higher
• People who currently have moderate or severe long-term (chronic) Graft-versus-Host Disease
• People with an unstable or serious ongoing health condition, such as unstable chest pain, a recent stroke or mini-stroke (within the past 3 months), a recent heart attack (within the past 3 months), significant heart failure, a pacemaker, a serious irregular heartbeat requiring medication, or serious liver, kidney, metabolic, or lung blood pressure problems
• People with an active infection that is not under control — for example, if the infection is causing unstable blood pressure, worsening symptoms, new signs of infection on a scan, or an unexplained ongoing fever
• People known to have HIV
• People with active Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C that currently requires antiviral treatment
• People with a history of an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment
