Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are male and aged 18 years or older
- People who have been diagnosed with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (a type of prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and still responds to hormone treatment), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample showing a specific type of prostate cancer called adenocarcinoma

Who may not be able to join:
- People who started darolutamide treatment more than 30 days before enrolling in the study
- People who started hormone-suppressing therapy (ADT) more than 12 weeks before beginning the combined darolutamide and ADT treatment
- People who have had an allergic or adverse reaction to darolutamide or any of its ingredients
- People who have previously received other systemic hormone treatments or cancer treatments for their metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer
- People who are already taking part in another research program for prostate cancer that involves treatments or procedures outside of standard medical care
