Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are male and aged 18 years or older

  • People who started hormone-suppressing therapy (ADT) more than 12 weeks before beginning the combined darolutamide and ADT treatment
  • People who have had an allergic or adverse reaction to darolutamide or any of its ingredients
  • People who have previously received other systemic hormone treatments or cancer treatments for their metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer
  • People who are already taking part in another research program for prostate cancer that involves treatments or procedures outside of standard medical care
