Who might be able to join this trial:

• People between 40 and 60 years of age, both male and female
• People who have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (OA) in one or both knees
• People whose knee osteoarthritis has been graded as Grade II or Grade III on a standard medical imaging scale called the Kellgren and Lawrence classification (confirm with trial site)
• People who have a pain level above 3.4 cm on a standard pain measurement scale called the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) (confirm with trial site)
• People whose knee osteoarthritis has been present for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have any neurological disorder (a condition affecting the brain, spinal cord, or nerves)
• People who have had a joint replacement surgery or any other surgery on the knee or lower limb
• People who have or have had a serious joint infection in the knee (septic arthritis)
• People who have an inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis or gout
• People who have cancer or any tumour, including bone tumours
• People who have knee deformities such as joint stiffness (contracture), or knees that angle inward or outward (genu valgum or genu varum)
• People who have a history of ligament injury or a torn meniscus in the knee
