Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are able to understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form before any study procedures take place, and who are willing to follow all study requirements.
• People aged between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive).
• People who weigh at least 40 kg and have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 35 kg/m² (inclusive).
• People who are capable of becoming pregnant, and their partners, must agree to use strict contraception methods as set out in the study protocol during the trial and for 6 months after it ends.
• People who have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (a type of chronic skin condition causing inflammation and itching) for at least 12 months, based on recognised diagnostic guidelines.
• People whose atopic dermatitis is classed as moderate-to-severe at the time of screening and at the start of the trial, based on specific skin scoring measures used by the trial team (confirm with trial site).
• People who have not responded well enough to standard skin-based (topical) treatments in the past 12 months, or for whom topical treatments are medically unsuitable due to serious side effects or safety concerns.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have significant medical conditions that could affect their safety or ability to take part, including conditions affecting mental health, the nervous system, heart, digestion, breathing, kidneys, blood, or metabolism.
• People with a known history of active tuberculosis (TB), suspected TB, or any signs of latent (inactive) TB, including findings on chest scans.
• People with a history of cancer, except those who have had certain types of skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma) that were fully removed or cured.
• People who have had a severe whole-body allergic reaction in the past, such as anaphylaxis or severe throat swelling.
• People who faint at the sight of needles or blood, or who cannot tolerate having a needle placed in a vein.
• People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who test positive for pregnancy during the screening or enrolment process.
• People who have taken another experimental drug within 3 months or 5 half-lives before the trial starts (whichever period is longer), or who are currently taking part in another clinical trial.
• People who have had a serious infection requiring hospitalisation or intravenous antibiotics, a significant injury, or surgery within the 3 months before the trial starts, or an infection requiring oral medication within the past month, or who plan to have surgery during the study.
• People who have received a live vaccine (other than the flu vaccine) within 1 month before the trial starts, or who plan to receive certain vaccinations during the study.
• People who have had a parasitic infection within 6 months before screening, or who plan to travel to certain regions in Africa, South America, or southern Asia where parasitic infections are common, within 6 months after the study ends.
