Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 40 years of age or older at the time they started taking the medication BDP/FF/GB (a combination inhaler also known as Trimbow®)
- People who have a documented diagnosis of severe or very severe COPD before starting BDP/FF/GB
- People who had a COPD symptom score (called a CAT score) of 10 or higher around the time they started BDP/FF/GB, or within the 12 months before starting it
- People who had at least one COPD flare-up (worsening of symptoms) in the 12 months before joining the study
- People who started treatment with BDP/FF/GB either on the day they signed the consent form to join the study, or within the 3 months before signing it, in line with the approved prescribing guidelines for Trimbow®
- People who are willing and able to give their written agreement to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention, either during this study or in the 3 months before they started BDP/FF/GB
