Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (a specific type called adenocarcinoma) confirmed by a tissue sample test
- People whose prostate cancer is classified as intermediate or high risk, based on a standard medical risk system called NCCN

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has spread to the tissue surrounding the prostate (seminal vesicles), based on a standard cancer staging system
- People with a PSA blood test result above 20 ng/ml
- People who have previously had surgery on the prostate, such as prostate removal or freezing treatment, or a procedure to remove prostate tissue through the urethra
- People who have previously had radiotherapy (radiation treatment) to the pelvic area
- People who have a tumour located very close to the urethra (the tube that carries urine)
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past, unless they have been cancer-free for at least 5 years
- People who have active Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis (ongoing inflammatory bowel conditions)
- People who have hip replacement implants
