  • People who have an advanced, inoperable, or spread (metastatic) solid tumour that has stopped responding to standard treatments, has come back after treatment, or where no standard treatment exists.

  • People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, based on a standard medical fitness scale (confirm with trial site for the exact score required).
  • People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging methods.

  • People who are willing to have blood samples taken and, where medically safe, tissue samples (biopsies) taken during the trial.
  • People who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test before joining, and must agree to use effective contraception during and after treatment.

  • People whose cancer has spread to the brain or spinal cord in a way that is currently active and requires increasing steroid doses or urgent medical treatment — though people with previously treated and stable brain metastases may be considered (confirm with trial site).
  • People with an active autoimmune disease that requires ongoing immune-suppressing medication, or who are taking steroid medication above the level permitted by the trial.
  • People with serious heart or lung conditions, such as a recent heart attack, an unstable irregular heartbeat, uncontrolled lung disease, or other significant health conditions that could increase the risk of harm during the trial.
  • People who have had major surgery or recent anticancer treatment too close to the start of the trial's preparatory treatment phase (confirm required time gap with trial site).
