Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between 18 and 75 years of age.
- People who have an advanced, inoperable, or spread (metastatic) solid tumour that has stopped responding to standard treatments, has come back after treatment, or where no standard treatment exists.

- People with an active, uncontrolled infection currently needing intravenous antibiotics, uncontrolled HIV, or an active hepatitis B or C infection with a detectable level of virus in the blood.
- People whose cancer has spread to the brain or spinal cord in a way that is currently active and requires increasing steroid doses or urgent medical treatment — though people with previously treated and stable brain metastases may be considered (confirm with trial site).
- People with an active autoimmune disease that requires ongoing immune-suppressing medication, or who are taking steroid medication above the level permitted by the trial.
- People with serious heart or lung conditions, such as a recent heart attack, an unstable irregular heartbeat, uncontrolled lung disease, or other significant health conditions that could increase the risk of harm during the trial.
- People who have had major surgery or recent anticancer treatment too close to the start of the trial's preparatory treatment phase (confirm required time gap with trial site).
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
