Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy)
- People whose prostate cancer is contained within or close to the prostate, with no spread to nearby lymph nodes or other parts of the body, based on a specific type of scan called a PSMA PET scan

- People who may also receive hormone therapy (ADT) as part of their treatment, depending on their risk group

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer has already spread to nearby pelvic lymph nodes or to other parts of the body, based on baseline scans
- People who have already had a major treatment for prostate cancer, such as surgical removal of the prostate, brachytherapy, or a full course of radiation therapy to the prostate
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the pelvic area for any type of cancer
- People who have previously received systemic (whole-body) drug treatments for prostate cancer, other than hormone therapy that is specifically allowed under the trial rules
- People who currently have another active cancer that requires systemic (whole-body) treatment (a history of common skin cancers that have been adequately treated may not be a barrier — confirm with trial site)
- People who have medical reasons that make radiation therapy or the anaesthesia required for brachytherapy unsafe for them
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions that would prevent them from safely completing the trial treatment
- People who are unable to follow the study procedures or attend the required follow-up appointments
