- People whose stroke diagnosis was given at least 1 month ago
- People who are between 18 and 65 years of age
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have enough active movement in their wrist and fingers to meet the following movement thresholds (confirm with trial site):
- People whose wrist can extend at least 20 degrees starting from a fully bent position
- People whose thumb can extend or spread outward at least 10 degrees
- People whose finger joints (both the knuckle joints and the middle joints of the fingers) can extend at least 10 degrees
