Who might be able to join this trial:
For people who use an upper-limb assistance device:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been regularly using a certified upper-limb assistance device (a device that helps with arm or hand movement) for at least 60 days
- People who have access to a computer with an internet connection and are able to take part in a video call
- People who have given their agreement to take part (or whose legal representative has done so on their behalf)
- People whose thinking and communication abilities allow them to complete questionnaires and take part in interviews
- People who are medically stable, meaning no ongoing health issues that could interfere with the study
For caregivers (family members or professionals):
- People aged 18 or older
- Family members or professional carers who live with or regularly spend time with someone who uses an upper-limb assistance device

- People who have given their agreement to take part
Who may not be able to join:
For people who use an upper-limb assistance device:
- People who are already taking part in another study that is testing an assistive technology device
- People who do not have a sufficient level of French language ability
For caregivers (family members or professionals):
- People who do not have a sufficient level of French language ability
- People whose cognitive difficulties prevent them from understanding the questions asked

Evaluate the psychosocial impact of using an upper-limb movement assistance device in daily life, as perceived by the patient-user: French-Quebec version of the Psychosocial Impact of Assistive Devices Scale (F-PIADS).
