  • People who are older than 18 years of age
  • People who have been prescribed a pulmonary rehabilitation (APR) program by a doctor and are currently taking part in that program at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ)
  • People who are physically and mentally able to follow instructions and to stand or walk for up to one hour (short sitting breaks are allowed if needed)

  • People who are unable to follow the study procedures because of language differences, psychological conditions, or physical limitations affecting the joints or bones that prevent standing or walking for up to one hour
  • People who need walking aids to keep their balance, such as walking sticks, a rollator, or similar devices
