  • People who have received an injection into the knee for osteoarthritis within the past 12 weeks
  • People who have an inflammatory arthritis condition (such as rheumatoid arthritis — confirm with trial site)
  • People who have had a fall in the past 12 months and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
  • People who have been mostly confined to their home in the past month and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
  • People who do not pass the pre-exercise health screening and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
  • People who are not able to communicate in Spanish
  • People who have a neurological or systemic disease that may affect their ability to participate in the study (confirm with trial site)
