Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 45 years or older who have knee pain related to activity and morning knee stiffness lasting 30 minutes or less

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a knee replacement surgery already planned
- People who already have a knee replacement in their most painful knee
- People who have taken part in a structured exercise program for knee osteoarthritis within the past 6 weeks
- People who have received an injection into the knee for osteoarthritis within the past 12 weeks
- People who have an inflammatory arthritis condition (such as rheumatoid arthritis — confirm with trial site)
- People who have had a fall in the past 12 months and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
- People who have been mostly confined to their home in the past month and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
- People who do not pass the pre-exercise health screening and have not been cleared by a doctor to exercise at home without supervision
- People who are not able to communicate in Spanish
- People who have a neurological or systemic disease that may affect their ability to participate in the study (confirm with trial site)
