Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a confirmed type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including (but not limited to) certain specific subtypes such as large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (grades 1 to 3A or 3B), mantle cell lymphoma, transformed lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, or MALT lymphoma
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range, as measured by a standard medical scoring system called the ECOG scale (score of 2 or lower)
- People who have at least one area of lymphoma that is large enough to be measured on a scan, according to standard measurement guidelines called the Lugano criteria
- People for whom a sample of tumour tissue is available for testing
- People whose major organs (such as the liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning at an adequate level
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have T-cell lymphoma (a different type of lymphoma affecting T-cells rather than B-cells)
- People who have chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)
- People who have Burkitt lymphoma or high-grade B-cell lymphoma
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the central nervous system (the brain or spinal cord)
- People who have significant nerve damage or nerve-related symptoms rated above a moderate level (greater than Grade 2 peripheral neuropathy)
- People with serious medical conditions that are not currently under control
- People with certain active viral infections (confirm with trial site for specific details)
