  • People with a known immune deficiency condition, a history of a serious internal infection, or a current non-skin infection requiring systemic anti-infective treatment within 30 days of the baseline visit
  • People with a history of a weakened immune system not caused by medication, a significant medical history, or any other condition that the trial doctor believes would interfere with participation
  • People with an unstable or poorly controlled illness, including heart, breathing, digestive, hormonal, blood, or neurological conditions that could affect safety or make it harder to assess the trial results
