- The child's parents or guardians speak Russian, have been told about the study, understand what it involves, know their rights, and have signed a consent form.

- The child is currently using probiotic products, antibiotics, or certain other medications including antifungal or antiprotozoal treatments (confirm with trial site for the full list).
- The child was born before 7 months of pregnancy (very preterm).
