Who might be able to join this trial:

• The child's parents or guardians speak Russian, have been told about the study, understand what it involves, know their rights, and have signed a consent form.
• The child has diarrhea or constipation along with colic and/or spitting up (reflux).
• The child has skin reactions related to a food allergy.
• The child was born full-term or slightly early, but not before 7 months of pregnancy.
• The child is between 1 month and 4 months and 28 days old at the time the consent form is signed.
• The child is fed breast milk, formula, or a combination of both.
• The child does not have any other health conditions that would require a special diet.
• The parents or guardians are able and willing to regularly fill in an observation diary provided by the study team.

Who may not be able to join:

• The child has a condition present from birth, or any other health condition, illness, or symptom that could interfere with taking part in the study.
• The child is currently using lactase supplements (drops or similar products that help digest milk sugar).
• The child is currently using probiotic products, antibiotics, or certain other medications including antifungal or antiprotozoal treatments (confirm with trial site for the full list).
• The child was born before 7 months of pregnancy (very preterm).
