  • You have had your first-ever stroke (either a blocked blood vessel or a bleed in the brain), confirmed by a brain scan, within the past 6 months.
  • You are able to walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) on your own, with or without a walking aid, and can understand and follow instructions.

Who may not be able to join:
