  • People who have difficulties with thinking, understanding, or following instructions that would prevent them from completing the exercises
  • People who have problems with their field of vision
  • People who have physical injuries from impact or heat that could affect their ability to grip or use their hand
  • People who have other ongoing neurological (nerve), rheumatological (joint/immune), or orthopaedic (bone/muscle) conditions — including permanent muscle tightening — that could affect hand grip or the ability to move around
  • People whose overall health condition is not stable
  • People who would be unable to complete a full three-week rehabilitation stay
