Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 5 and 17 years old (inclusive)
- You have been diagnosed with allergic rhinitis (hay fever-like symptoms) caused by dust mites (specifically Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and/or Dermatophagoides farinae), or a blood test has shown a significant allergic reaction to these dust mites
- You have had specific allergy component testing done (a more detailed type of allergy blood test) — this is required if the above allergy criteria apply to you
- If you also have asthma, it must have been formally diagnosed according to current childhood asthma guidelines and your asthma symptoms must currently be well under control

- The investigator believes that you or your parent/guardian may not be able to fully understand the study requirements, follow the long-term treatment plan, or recognise side effects — for example, due to a cognitive or mental health condition
- You have severe or poorly controlled asthma, or a permanent reduction in airflow in your lungs (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently taking medicines called beta-blockers or ACE inhibitors (a type of blood pressure or heart medication)
- You have a serious autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body), an immune deficiency condition such as AIDS, or you are currently taking medicines that suppress the immune system
- You have a serious heart or blood vessel condition, or any form of cancer
- Your medical records are incomplete
