Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You identify as a woman
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have been diagnosed with Stage 0, I, II, or III hormone receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancer
  • You have started taking a standard hormone-blocking pill (such as tamoxifen, anastrozole, exemestane, or letrozole) within 16 weeks of signing up for the study
  • You have already had surgery for your breast cancer, completed at least 14 days before joining the study
  • If you received chemotherapy, it was finished at least 14 days before joining the study
  • You can speak and read in English
  • You own a cell phone that can connect to the internet
  • You are able to use an electronic pill bottle (a special bottle that tracks when it is opened)
  • You are allowed to be receiving radiation therapy or certain other ongoing treatments at the same time (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have Stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer, meaning the cancer has spread to other parts of the body
  • You identify as male
  • You have previously been treated with hormone-blocking therapy for breast cancer before this study
  • You have uncorrected hearing, vision, or speech difficulties, or an uncontrolled mental health condition, or severe physical or cognitive challenges that would make it hard to understand and participate in the study (confirm with trial site)
