Who might be able to join this trial:

- People showing signs of acute suicidal thinking, as indicated by a specific score on a standard depression rating scale for schizophrenia — the trial site will assess this
- People currently receiving certain other treatments at the same time, including electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), ketamine treatment, or intensive psychotherapy
