Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with a T-cell malignancy (a type of blood cancer affecting immune cells) that has come back or stopped responding to previous treatments — people with a skin-related form of this cancer (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) need to have already tried at least 2 prior systemic (whole-body) treatments
- People who have disease that can be measured and tracked through physical examination, imaging scans (such as CT, MRI, or PET scans), or bone marrow testing
- People whose general physical health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level, as rated on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
- People whose treating doctor expects them to live for more than 6 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom standard or currently approved treatments are available and known to offer meaningful benefit for their condition
- People with significant problems with organ function, as defined by the trial protocol (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with a serious immune system condition called hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)
- People who are currently receiving, or planning to start, certain immune-based therapies such as CAR T-cell therapy, T-cell engagers, or checkpoint inhibitor drugs (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors)
- People who received a stem cell transplant from a donor within the 100 days before the trial drug would start, and who are still taking medicines to suppress the immune system
- Women who could become pregnant and are planning a pregnancy, or who are breastfeeding, at any point during the study or within 60 days after the last dose of the trial drug
- Male participants whose partners could become pregnant, where a pregnancy is being planned during the trial or within 60 days after the male participant's last dose of the trial drug
