Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (a type of chronic skin condition) along with signs of anxiety and/or depression.
- People whose doctor has decided to start them on a medication called dupilumab within 30 days of joining the study, as a treatment decision made independently of the trial.
- People who are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part (for younger participants, a parent or legal guardian may sign on their behalf).
Who may not be able to join:
- Females who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months.

- People who have an active internal parasitic infection, or who are considered to be at high risk of getting one.
- People who have HIV, hepatitis B or C, cancer, or certain other serious ongoing health conditions.
- People who have taken medication for depression or anxiety in the 6 months before joining the trial, or who are planning to take such medication during the study period.
