Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 70 years old at the time of signing the consent form, of any gender
• People whose lymphoma either did not respond to, or got worse during, first-line chemotherapy (CHOP or a similar regimen) — specifically those who completed at least 4 cycles without achieving a response, or whose disease progressed during treatment
• People with a confirmed diagnosis of a specific type of T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), limited to these subtypes: PTCL-Not Otherwise Specified (PTCL-NOS), ALK-negative Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALK- ALCL), or Follicular Helper T-cell Lymphoma / PTCL with a TFH phenotype
• People planned for a stem cell transplant from a donor who meets specific tissue-matching requirements — related donors must match on at least 5 out of 10 specific markers, and unrelated donors must match on at least 8 out of 10 (confirm with trial site)
• People with a low score on a standard transplant fitness assessment called the HCT-CI (a score of 2 or less)
• People who are in good general health as measured by a standard scale called the ECOG Performance Status (score of 0 or 1), with no decline in the two weeks before joining
• People with a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
• People whose liver, kidney, heart, and lung function all fall within acceptable ranges as measured by blood tests and scans (confirm specific values with trial site)
• People who are willing and able to take part in all trial procedures and have given informed consent voluntarily

Who may not be able to join:

• People with the earliest and most limited stage of the disease (Ann Arbor Stage I)
• People who have had another cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years, except for certain fully treated skin cancers or early-stage cancers that have been completely cured
• People with active or latent tuberculosis (TB), based on a skin test or chest imaging results
• People with a known history of HIV infection or AIDS
• People with active hepatitis B, indicated by detectable hepatitis B virus in the blood
• People with active hepatitis C, indicated by detectable hepatitis C virus in the blood
• People with other active viral infections such as herpes zoster or cytomegalovirus
• People with a serious infection that requires intravenous antibiotics or antifungal treatment, or where active infection cannot be ruled out
• People with a positive blood test for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)
• People with poorly controlled heart problems, including moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or a significant irregular heart rhythm requiring treatment
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people of childbearing potential who are unwilling to use effective contraception during the trial
• People with a psychiatric condition that would prevent them from giving informed consent
• People whose lymphoma has spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord)
• People who have previously been treated with a type of immunotherapy known as a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor
• People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, are not suitable for the trial for any other reason
