- You are 18 years old or older at the time of signing up for the study.
- A dermatologist (skin doctor) has confirmed you have stable psoriasis that you have had for at least 6 months.
- You have other health conditions related to your psoriasis, such as psoriatic arthritis, as long as those conditions are not severe enough to need the types of treatments listed in the exclusion section below.

- You have a address within the United States where study products can be shipped to you.
- You are willing and able to follow the study steps, such as collecting and mailing in blood samples.
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not own a personal smartphone, do not have internet access, or are not willing to download the Chloe app.
- You have taken certain non-biologic medicines that suppress the immune system (such as methotrexate, cyclosporine, or azathioprine) in the last 8 weeks.
- You have taken certain biologic medicines (such as guselkumab, adalimumab, or etanercept — a type of injection or infusion therapy for conditions like psoriasis or arthritis) in the last 6 months.
- You have taken any other experimental medicines as part of another study in the last 6 months.
- You are currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant in the next 3 months, or are breastfeeding.
- You have any other health conditions that might affect your digestive symptoms or make the study results harder to measure (confirm with trial site).
- You have a significant illness or condition that the lead study doctor believes could affect your ability to take part or could affect the study results.
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to magnolia, rice, or hypromellose (a common coating used in capsules).
- The lead study doctor believes, for any reason, that you are not suited to take part in this trial.
