Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 16 or older who are suspected of having or have been diagnosed with congenital heart disease, other heart or blood vessel conditions, pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), connective tissue disease, or a genetic condition.

- People who were discharged from an overnight hospital stay within the past 30 days, for a reason unrelated to pregnancy or childbirth.
