Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma), confirmed by a tissue biopsy or sample
- People who have had their prostate surgically removed (radical prostatectomy) along with nearby lymph nodes, and where cancer was found in those lymph nodes when examined in a lab

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose scans (MRI or CT) show measurable cancer returning in the pelvic area after surgery
- People whose scans show cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body (such as distant lymph nodes, bones, or other organs)
- People who received hormone therapy for more than 3 months before their prostate surgery
- People who have had another cancer within the past 5 years that could affect how safely or accurately the trial can be run
- People whose prostate cancer has already become resistant to hormone therapy that lowers testosterone (known as castration-resistant prostate cancer), as defined by 2025 guidelines
- People who have previously had radiotherapy in an area that overlaps with the radiation fields planned in this trial, in a way that could put normal tissue at risk
- People with serious other health conditions that could be affected by the study treatment
- People with psychiatric conditions that would prevent them from understanding or following the study requirements
- People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, are not suitable for participation for any other reason
