- People aged between 35 and 80 years who have been admitted to Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University Hospital's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit for stroke rehabilitation
- People who had a stroke at least 3 months ago
- People who are neurologically and medically stable and willing to attend the study regularly
- People who are able to understand and follow instructions
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have serious heart disease or high blood pressure that is not under control
- People who have epilepsy or who have previously taken anti-seizure medication
- People who have metal implants inside the skull
- People who have inner ear implants
- People who have or have had cancer
- People who currently have an active infection
- People who have a skin infection or open wound in the area where the treatment would be applied
- People who have brain injuries or are taking medications that may affect the threshold at which seizures occur (confirm with trial site)
- People who have increased pressure inside the skull
- People who have migraines that are not under control
- People who have had a fracture or surgery on the affected (weaker) side of the body within the last 6 months
- People who are pregnant
