Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be over 18 years old at the time of joining the trial
• You must have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), meaning you have at least 2 out of 3 signs: irregular periods, higher than normal levels of male hormones (or physical signs of this), or ovaries that appear polycystic on an ultrasound or have high AMH levels in a blood test — and other conditions have been ruled out
• You must be willing to wear a small sensor device called the FSL pro (confirm with trial site)
• You must have read and signed a consent form agreeing to take part

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have been diagnosed with certain other hormonal or medical conditions that can look similar to PCOS, such as high prolactin levels, thyroid problems, Cushing's syndrome, a condition affecting the adrenal glands from birth, a hormone-producing tumor, or you are currently taking male hormone supplements
• You have already been diagnosed with diabetes
• You have taken certain medications in the 3 months before joining, including combined contraceptive pills, progestin-only contraception, diabetes medications, inositol supplements, or anti-androgen medications
