Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be over 18 years old at the time of joining the trial

- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have been diagnosed with certain other hormonal or medical conditions that can look similar to PCOS, such as high prolactin levels, thyroid problems, Cushing's syndrome, a condition affecting the adrenal glands from birth, a hormone-producing tumor, or you are currently taking male hormone supplements
- You have already been diagnosed with diabetes
- You have taken certain medications in the 3 months before joining, including combined contraceptive pills, progestin-only contraception, diabetes medications, inositol supplements, or anti-androgen medications
