Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged between 40 and 65 years old
  • People who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees, according to a specific classification system used by rheumatology specialists, for at least 1 year

  • People with a history of injury or surgery to either leg, a current fracture or leg deformity, or who have surgery planned during the study period
  • People who have been diagnosed with a serious heart, lung, neurological, or psychological condition
  • People who have a fear of water, feel uncomfortable performing exercises in water, or have an allergy or sensitivity to chlorine or other chemicals used in swimming pools
