• Your blood oxygen level is below 92% while resting, or you currently need or have needed extra oxygen on a regular basis
• You have had a significant heart condition or problem in the last 12 months before starting the trial
• You have had a blood clot in a deep vein (such as in your leg) in the past 3 months, unless it is stable, not causing symptoms, and you have been on blood-thinning medication for at least 4 weeks
• Your heart is not pumping blood efficiently enough, based on a specific heart function measurement (confirm with trial site)
• You have had major surgery within the last 8 weeks before joining the trial
• You currently have inflammation or scarring of the lungs (pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease)
• You have a history of HIV infection
• You have a current Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection
• You have another cancer that is still growing or has required active treatment within the past 3 years
• You have previously had an organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant)
