Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer (specifically a type called clear cell renal cell carcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery, and it has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV)

- You have had a blood clot in a deep vein (such as in your leg) in the past 3 months, unless it is stable, not causing symptoms, and you have been on blood-thinning medication for at least 4 weeks
- Your heart is not pumping blood efficiently enough, based on a specific heart function measurement (confirm with trial site)
- You have had major surgery within the last 8 weeks before joining the trial
- You currently have inflammation or scarring of the lungs (pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease)
- You have a history of HIV infection
- You have a current Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection
- You have another cancer that is still growing or has required active treatment within the past 3 years
- You have previously had an organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant)
- You have not fully recovered from a major surgery, or you are still experiencing complications from a surgery
