Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 18 years old and have agreed to take part by signing a consent form
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a specific standard (a score of 0 or 1 on a scale doctors use to measure this)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received systemic cancer treatment for cancer that has spread, or who have received any treatment specifically targeting the RAS gene change at any stage of their cancer care
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system and has not been treated, or where there is a known history of this
- People who have any condition that could affect their ability to swallow, absorb, or tolerate the study medication
- People who have had major surgery within 28 days before being assigned to a treatment group in the trial
- People who are unable or unwilling to attend the required visits or complete the procedures set out in the trial plan
