Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have already received systemic (whole-body) treatment for their cancer after it became advanced or spread to other parts of the body.
• People who have previously been treated with certain targeted drugs known as CDK4 or CDK2 inhibitors, or with any experimental anti-cancer drug — with one possible exception: people who received certain hormone-blocking drugs (known as SERDs) as earlier preventive treatment may still be considered, provided their cancer came back more than 12 months after their last dose of that treatment (confirm with trial site).
• People who have active cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord, or who have brain metastases that have not been treated or are not stable.
