Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have had surgery to fully remove the prostate (called a radical prostatectomy) to treat prostate cancer
- People aged 20 years or older
- People whose PSA blood test levels remain elevated after prostate removal surgery — specifically, levels between 0.1 and 1.0 ng/mL that have risen at least three times in a row
- People who have already had a specialised type of scan called a PSMA PET/CT scan to investigate the rising PSA levels
- People who are in generally good physical health and able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose scans or clinical assessment show signs of cancer returning in the local area, spreading to lymph nodes, or spreading to other parts of the body
- People who had evidence of lymph node spread or distant spread of cancer at the time of their prostate removal surgery
- People who have previously had radiation treatment to the pelvic area
- People with certain conditions that can increase the risk of serious side effects from radiation, such as inflammatory bowel disease, lupus, scleroderma, or similar connective tissue disorders
- People who have been diagnosed with, or had a return of, another type of cancer within the past 3 years — with the exception of certain skin cancers and thyroid cancer
- People with uncontrolled or ongoing health conditions that the trial doctors consider unsuitable for participation, such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or stroke history (confirm with trial site)
