Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing and able to follow all study rules, including lifestyle guidelines, using birth control as directed, wearing a sleep-tracking device, keeping a diary, and (if you already use a treatment for sleep apnea) continuing to use it consistently for 30 days before the study starts and throughout the whole study.
- You have been diagnosed with Type 2 Narcolepsy (a sleep disorder causing excessive daytime sleepiness) following the official diagnostic guidelines, confirmed by sleep study tests (PSG/MSLT).

- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial, have taken an experimental drug, or used an experimental medical device within the last 30 days before the study begins — or you previously took part in a specific related study called ALKS 2680-202.
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
