Who might be able to join this trial:
- People of any gender are eligible.

Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom the trial doctor considers it unsafe to perform a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) or to draw fluid from an Ommaya reservoir (a small device placed under the scalp to access brain fluid).
- People who are unable to follow the study procedures or are unable to give informed consent.
- People for whom the trial doctor does not consider participation to be in their best interest.
