Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
- People whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic breast cancer)
- People whose cancer is either estrogen receptor positive or estrogen receptor negative
- People whose cancer has spread to internal organs (such as the liver, lungs, or other visceral sites)

- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within a certain range, as assessed by a standard medical scale called ECOG (scores 0–2) (confirm with trial site)

- People who are willing and able to follow the study procedures and attend follow-up appointments
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had cancer spread to the brain
- People who have a history of, or evidence of, cancer spreading to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord
- People who are showing symptoms that may suggest cancer has spread to the brain at the time of screening
- People whose cancer has spread only to the bones and nowhere else
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan
- People who have a known allergy or medical reason preventing them from receiving MRI contrast dye, where this cannot be safely managed by the treating medical team
- People with a serious medical condition or abnormal test results that, in the opinion of the investigator, makes it unsafe or inappropriate to participate
- People who are unable to provide informed consent
- People considered unsuitable for the trial by the principal investigator due to clinical, physical, or personal/social circumstances
