Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older
• You have a suspected ovarian cancer diagnosis based on an MRI scan, with results showing a high suspicion of cancer (called O-RADS 4 or 5)
• Your cancer appears to be at an early stage (Stage I or II), based on MRI and scan results
• You are already scheduled to have surgery that includes full removal and examination of lymph nodes in the pelvis and the area around the main abdominal artery
• You are willing and able to sign a consent form after being fully informed about the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• Your scans show lymph nodes that look suspicious or enlarged (generally larger than 10mm in a specific measurement) before surgery
• There is imaging or surgical evidence that the cancer has spread outside the pelvis, including to the lining of the abdomen
• You have previously had surgery to remove or sample lymph nodes, or major surgery on the large blood vessels in your abdomen or pelvis
• You have previously had radiotherapy to your pelvis or abdomen
• You have a known allergy or bad reaction to a type of blue dye called patent blue dye
