Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older.
- People who have been referred to one of two specific psychiatric outpatient clinics (called FACT or OPUS) in the Capital Region of Denmark.
- People who are beginning a new course of treatment at one of these outpatient clinics.
- People who have been diagnosed with a psychotic disorder or a mood-related (affective) disorder, including those who also have a substance use disorder alongside their main diagnosis.
Who may not be able to join:
- People under the age of 18.
- People who are being seen at a geriatric (older adults) outpatient clinic.
- People whose diagnosis does not fall within the psychotic or affective disorder categories listed in the trial's criteria.
- People who do not meet all of the inclusion criteria listed above.
