Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who currently have another type of cancer that requires active treatment with medication or surgery.
  • People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • People who are capable of having children but are unwilling or unable to use effective contraception during the study.
  • People with a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the study drugs or their ingredients.
  • People who have an active infection at the time of joining (as assessed by the study doctor).
  • People with a history of immune system problems, including HIV, other immune deficiency conditions present from birth or developed later, or a history of organ transplantation.
  • People with a documented history of certain neurological or psychiatric conditions, including epilepsy or dementia.
  • People with a documented history of autoimmune diseases, with the exception of certain thyroid conditions (Hashimoto's thyroiditis or thyroid dysfunction).
  • People with any serious other health condition that, in the study doctor's judgment, could put them at risk or affect their ability to complete the trial.
