  • People who are the main carer for a family member who has had a stroke, spending at least 70% of their time on caregiving tasks.
  • People whose family member with stroke has left hospital and is currently living with them.

  • People who do not read, write, listen, or speak in English.
  • People who are currently experiencing active thoughts of suicide or harming others.
  • People who are currently receiving any form of psychological support, whether individual or group-based.
