Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:

• You have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are causing active symptoms — though treated and stable brain metastases may be allowed (confirm with trial site).
• You have a history of a lung condition called interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis (inflammation of the lungs).
• You have received radiation therapy to the chest area within the last 90 days before starting the trial.
• You have previously been treated with a therapy that targets a protein called DLL3.
• You have previously received certain chemotherapy drugs called topoisomerase I inhibitors, or a type of drug called an antibody-drug conjugate that uses this kind of payload.
• You are currently taking certain strong medications that affect how the body processes drugs (strong CYP3A4 or CYP2D6 inhibitors) within a specific time window before starting the trial (confirm with trial site).
• You are already enrolled in another clinical trial involving a drug called tarlatamab.
