- You are between 19 and 75 years old and have been diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer that has a BRCA gene mutation and is classified as high-grade
- Your body mass index (BMI) — a measure of body weight relative to height — is between 18.0 and 28.0
Who may not be able to join:
- You have or have had a bowel or digestive condition (such as Crohn's disease or ulcers) that could affect how your body absorbs medicine, or that has required surgery
- You have cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord, unless it has been treated and is currently considered stable
- You have experienced severe side effects (graded 3 or higher) from a treatment called D215, such as serious anaemia, low white blood cell counts, low platelet counts, taste changes, cough, or other related reactions (confirm with trial site)
- The trial doctor has determined, for any reason, that it would not be appropriate for you to take part in this trial
