Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People who have been found to have high blood pressure in the arteries of their lungs, measured at 50 mmHg or above on a heart ultrasound (echocardiography)
- People whose condition is currently stable and who are being treated and monitored by a heart specialist, with mild or no limitations on physical activity (WHO functional class I or II)
- People with mild or no limitations on their physical activity as rated by their doctor using the NYHA scale (class I or II)
- People who live with a caregiver, family member, or someone else who can help them if needed
- People who have internet access and are able to see, think clearly, and use technology well enough to take part in video call sessions
- People who are willing to take part and able to give their informed consent to join the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who need to use oxygen therapy
- People who have bone, joint, or muscle problems that would prevent them from taking part in exercise
- People who are currently receiving treatment for a psychiatric or psychological condition
- People who have been found to have significant memory or thinking difficulties based on a standard cognitive test
- People who have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (a serious long-term lung condition) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have another significant heart condition that could affect their participation or the results of the study
