- You will go through a screening process with four different groups — your doctor or behavioral health provider, a Community Connections Manager, you and/or your family, and the community organization running the program — and all four must agree that the program is a good fit for you
- You may not be a good fit if you are unable to work in a group setting with other young people
- You may not be a good fit if you are unable to spend extended periods of time outdoors
- You may not be a good fit if you are unable to follow basic instructions or complete simple physical and mental tasks on your own (confirm with trial site)
