- People with breast cancer who are scheduled to receive a palliative treatment with the medicine trastuzumab deruxtecan

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a local inflammation or infection around the outer ear
- People who have a tendency to bleed or have blood clotting problems
- People who have severe fluid build-up in the abdomen
- People who have a bowel blockage
- People experiencing a severe sudden rise in blood pressure or related brain complications
- People with serious uncontrolled conditions such as severe infection or uncontrolled diabetes
- People with serious heart or blood vessel conditions, including a stroke or heart attack within the past 6 months, poorly controlled high blood pressure, unstable chest pain, heart failure, or heart rhythm problems requiring medication
- People with a history of, or signs of, central nervous system conditions — such as a primary brain tumour, uncontrolled epilepsy, any prior brain spread of cancer, or a history of stroke
- People who have had an allergic reaction to any medicines used in this trial
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People with other diseases, complications from cancer spread, or conditions identified during examination that the treating doctor considers to make the trial medicines unsafe or unsuitable
- People who are unwilling or unable to follow the requirements of the trial protocol
