Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 75 years old
• You have been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has tested negative for the HER2 protein (confirmed by lab testing of your tumor)
• Your metastatic breast cancer has been confirmed by medical tests such as scans, biopsy, or other clinical assessments, including cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery, newly diagnosed stage IV breast cancer, or cancer that has come back and spread
• You are reasonably active and able to care for yourself, with limited restrictions on daily activities (confirm with trial site)
• If you have triple-negative breast cancer: you have already received at least one treatment for your metastatic disease; if your cancer is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative: you have previously been treated with hormone therapy and a specific type of targeted therapy called CDK4/6 inhibitors, plus at least one other treatment for metastatic disease
• You have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan
• You are willing to receive the treatment recommended by the study doctor based on your personal situation and preferences
• You are willing to use contraception throughout the study period
• You are able and willing to fill in questionnaires on a smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device
• You are able to give your informed consent before joining the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• Your blood counts or liver or kidney function test results fall below acceptable levels (confirm with trial site for specific numbers)
• You have a history of another cancer or a blood cancer
• You have had an allergic reaction to any of the drugs used in this study
• You have received cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy) within the 2 weeks before starting the study drug
• You have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental treatment within 4 weeks before starting this study
• You are still experiencing significant side effects from a previous cancer treatment (other than hair loss) that have not resolved
• You have an ongoing systemic inflammatory condition, such as lupus, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or similar conditions
• You have a serious psychiatric or neurological condition, such as schizophrenia, severe depression, epilepsy, or Alzheimer's disease
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
