You have been diagnosed with a condition called Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) by a specialist doctor (rheumatologist), confirmed by a scan or tissue sample taken within the last 3 years.

You have received steroids by injection (into a joint, vein, or muscle) within the last 7 weeks.
