Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, mostly non-squamous type) that is at an advanced local stage (Stage II with lymph node involvement, or Stage III) and has not been surgically removed.
• You have already completed a standard treatment combining chemotherapy and radiation therapy (given at the same time) using a platinum-based drug, and your cancer has not gotten worse since then.
• You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample for laboratory testing.
• Your tumor tissue has tested positive for a specific gene change called KRAS G12C, and your PD-L1 protein level has been successfully measured.
• If you have HIV, it is well-controlled with medication.
• If you have or have had hepatitis B, the virus is undetectable in your blood and you are on antiviral treatment.
• If you have or have had hepatitis C, the virus is undetectable in your blood.
• You weigh at least 35 kg (approximately 77 lbs).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have been diagnosed with a different type of lung cancer called small cell lung cancer, or a mixed type that includes small cell elements.
• You have a digestive condition that affects how your body absorbs medication, or you are unable to swallow pills or oral medication.
• You have active inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) that requires immune-suppressing medication, or you have a clear history of inflammatory bowel disease.
• You have serious heart or blood vessel disease that is not well-controlled.
• You have HIV and also have a history of a cancer called Kaposi's sarcoma and/or a condition called Multicentric Castleman's Disease.
• You have received any other treatment for your lung cancer besides the chemotherapy and radiation therapy described above.
• You have another cancer (separate from this lung cancer) that is still active or has required treatment within the last 3 years.
• You have an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed systemic (whole-body) treatment within the last 2 years.
• You have a current or past history of lung inflammation or scarring of lung tissue (not caused by infection) that has required or currently requires steroid treatment.
• You currently have an active infection that requires systemic (whole-body) treatment such as antibiotics or antivirals.
• You have previously had a stem cell or solid organ transplant.
• You have not fully recovered from a major surgery, or you are still experiencing complications from a recent surgery.
